(Cambodia) Power Transmission Lines Co., Ltd (CPTL) is the local investment company to set up and develop transmission network in north western Cambodia. The Power Transmission Agreement (PTA) was signed on 2005, between CPTL and The Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) represented by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy (MIME), Electricité du Cambodge (EDC).
